    Welcome to Nariveda! By placing a wholesale order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

    To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must:

    • Be a registered business or organization.
    • Provide valid proof of business registration and a resale certificate.

    3. Pricing

    • All prices are listed in $ and are subject to change without notice.
    • Wholesale pricing applies exclusively to bulk orders and is not available for retail purchases.

    4. Payment Terms 

    • Payment is due at the time of order confirmation.
    • We accept the following payment methods: ACH, Wire transfer, credit card, check, and Paypal
    • Orders will be processed only after payment is received.

    5. Shipping and Delivery

    • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. Nariveda is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
    • Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

    6. Returns and Exchanges

    • All sales are final unless products are defective or damaged upon receipt.
    • To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition.
