SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We ship all orders via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Please be sure to give us a shipping address that USPS is able to ship to. WE CANNOT SHIP TO A PO BOX USING UPS.
We will notify you via email once your order has shipped.
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items to insure none were damaged during shipping. If there are damaged items, please read our return policy below for the appropriate information.
International orders (outside the USA), please be aware that you may be charged duties and taxes.
Nariveda’s policy is to NOT accept returns. However, we realize that occasionally extenuating circumstances arise and we will review those individually, on a case-by-case basis.
Please have your order number & reason for return ready at the time of your call or email and our staff will do their best to accommodate you within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- We are unable to provide a return on products that have been opened or used.
- We can only refund the original payment method in which the purchase was made.
- If you elect for exchange or replacement, we will ship out a replacement to you.
- Shipping costs are not refundable on any shipped order.
All orders are automatically sent to our warehouse for processing and shipment the second your order is confirmed. While we understand that orders might need to be canceled sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after an order number has been issued. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above -including both restocking and cancellation fees up to 15% of order total.
DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENT
Damaged in delivery: If there is damage to the package due to transit, please notify Customer Support at 928-554-4737 (M-F, 9:00am to 2:00pm MST) or email at email@example.com Please keep the original shipping packaging and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please don’t return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.
